5. If Minor

  • Birth Certificate showing the names of both parents
  • Legalized Letter of Consent (NOC)
  • If the child is travelling with one parent, the letter of consent authorizing travel must be legalized by the other parent
  • If the child is travelling alone or without either parent, a notarized letter of consent from both parents permitting travel
  • Death Certificate: in case one or both parents are deceased

6. If Visiting friend or relative

  • Invitation letter: stating the relationship with the inviter and purpose of visiting the country & assuring the responsibility for housing and related expenses during the guest's stay in Algeria

8. For Business Visa

    • Export Promotion Council of India; or Reference number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan.

Registration certificate of the company from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India:

  • Income tax documents of the last three years;
  • Letter from the company addressed to the embassy, introducing the business man for visa issuance;
  • Invitation letter from the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan;
  • Copy of the license (JAWAZ) of the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan.

FAQs Rergarding Tajikistan Visa

Yes, all Indian passport holders require a visit to visit Tajikistan. Indians are eligible for an eVisa. The electronic visa system (eVisa) will allow foreign citizens to receive Tajikistan visa online, relieving them from necessity to stand in queues in Tajikistan consulates or at the border. It is the simplest and the fastest way to get your visa. Once your visa application is approved, you will receive the visa copy via email right in your inbox.

An Electronic Visa or "e Visa" is an electronically issued and stored authority for travel to The Republic of Tajikistan, which replaces the traditional paper visa process in most cases.

A Tajikistan visa is a legal document which lawfully allows its holder to enter and stay within the country for a certain number of days as mentioned on the visa.

The support is the only difference. Both documents allow to visit the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the legal framework governing the type of visa / eVisa obtained.

The categories of visas available for Indians visiting Tajikistan depends on the purpose of the visit.
Tourist visa (T) is issued to the following applicants:

    • foreign citizens traveling to the Republic of Tajikistan as a tourist or a group of foreign citizens who are going to Tajikistan for the purpose of tourism in organized group (not less than 5 but no more than 50 persons in a group).

 

    • Private visa (XC) is issued to the following applicants:

 

    • foreign citizens who are going to the Republic of Tajikistan on a visit to relatives and friends;
    • foreign citizens who are going to the Republic of Tajikistan on a vacation, for treatment or with the other purposes of private character.

 

    Business visa (К) is issued to the following applicants:
  • -foreign citizens who are going to Tajikistan with the business purposes ( participation in business negotiations, at meetings, symposiums, forums, conferences, tenders, the conclusion of contracts, creation of joint ventures, studying of Tajik market, participation in auctions, exhibitions and fairs, rendering of advisory and auditor services and so forth).

Electronic visa of the Republic of Tajikistan is valid for 90 days, however the visa holder can stay in the territory of the country for no more than 45 calendar days. Electronic visa is not extendable and the visa holder have to leave the country in the specified date.

  • Scanned copy of a valid passport. (Please note, passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of arrival in Tajikistan)
  • A recent color passport photograph (45mm x 35mm); all photos are to be on a while back ground only, and not altered or edited from its original state.
  • Evidence of proposed journey into and out of Tajikistan i.e. ticket or confirmation of your booking from the travel agent.
  • Proof of accommodation for the length of your stay or a letter of invitation from your sponsor.
  • Students, must provide the acceptance letter from your school, and the details of where they will be staying during their studies.
  • Individuals traveling on business are to provide a letter from your employer stating the purpose of your trip. (business covering letter, invitation letter etc)
  • Proof of funds to finance the trip i.e. bank statements for the previous three months.
  • Birth certificate for children travellers
